Residential Developments

Our residential development projects are limited to niche in-fill sites, inner-ring suburban locations or are built in conjunction with a mixed use development. These projects are typically created within the New Urbanism vernacular and in most cases have introduced new residential product types to a specific marketplace, up to that point unavailable including brownstones, lofts, town homes and manor homes with first floor master bedrooms primarily catering to young professionals and empty nesters.
